PROJECTS
We have plans for a construction project of a commercial property in the inner-city. The development implements a sustainable/green alternative and eco-generation strategies such as a solar photovoltaic electrical system, district energy, wind electrical generation, fuel cells, and other features. The project will be developed as a LEED Platinum project and also meet the the criteria of the Green Points Rated system. One hundred percent of the units are proposed to be reserved for homeless males in substance abuse recovery.
MEMBERS
Shares of stock will be sold into the L.I.F.T. Regional Center. Buyers of these shares will be classified as members. The administrators of the center will solicit foreign investors to create viable businesses and a variety of jobs in the inner-city. Members will also contribute their expertise to help expedite the future projects.
SERVICES
The L.I.F.T is a transformative neighborhood intervention strategy representing a collaborative of multi-cultural community, private and nonprofit partners. The L.I.F.T. brings amenities, sustainable living, supportive services, community uses, and economic stabilities to an attractive and healthy community setting in one of Los Angeles'most economically diverse neighborhoods. L.I.F.T. embodies the African-American cultural principals such as Ujima and Nia.
For twenty-five years, the Love Lifted Me Ministries (the LIFT) has successfully restored homeless men and those who have fallen victim to drug abuse back into the community as positive role models.
We serve the County of Los Angeles.
Our goal is to bring businesses into the county of Los Angeles using funds from foreign investors. The LIFT will capitalize small business which will create jobs in our communities. We believe this will improve the future of life in Los Angeles for everybody.
